As nice as the character looks:
First, she is way too complicated. I don't understand the description hardly at all.
Second, the character has to be human in their off form. There are no yeti+human things in the Temperature world.
Third, if she has to be a yeti kinda creature, she can be like that in her on form if she uses her powers right to make herself like that.
and last: I have no idea what is going on, but there are no "tribes" in the temperature world. You'd have to explain the mask some other way.

Also her brother can not be a lighting person. Lighting is hot and there is no way siblings can be cold and hot.

You kinda made your own part in my world there and I don't appreciate that.

Her mask is something that she found the idea for one day and she was able to craft it through various means by her own hands. It's something that won't fade away like her powers eventually do. Since snow almost always eventually melts. Like her face. She wanted to show the best of what she did with her mask and hide her face which is heavily frostbitten along her mouth and eyes. This facial damages came from when she was just learning how to use her powers, she lost control once and nearly shattered the skin off her face. So that's why her mask is her most prized possession, it shows some of her best while hiding what she considers her worst.

Yyyyeah. Um I don't know how you think the Temperature world in your head. But in cold area things don't melt. In there temperature is far from warm. Snow can't melt in there, so neither can her face. Also people can't have frostbites since they aren't affected by the low temperature.

Please... do me a favor and stop improvising. Just get it in your head already this is not about the elements, it's about the temperature.

Jeez... I suck at this.... So yeah... She just likes her mask a lot. I wish I could forget I ever typed that.

I'm off to contemplate why I can't get this right.
